Data Deletion — Autonemo Limited

In short

You can ask for your account and the personal data attached to it to be deleted. Write to akandmahfuz@gmail.com from the email or mobile number on your account, or ask your company administrator to raise it for you.

This page covers the VMS Pro platform and both Android apps: Fuel Pump Manager (com.autonemo.vms.pump) and Autonemo Driver.

How to ask

Through your administrator (fastest) Your company administrator can deactivate and delete a staff account from the admin panel immediately.

Directly by email Send a request to akandmahfuz@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion request", the name of your company, and the mobile number or email on the account. We verify the request with your company before acting, because the records belong to their books.

If your company has closed its subscription Write to us and we will confirm the closure and delete accordingly.

What gets deleted

Your login and profile Name, mobile, email, password hash, staff ID, photo, device tokens and session tokens.

Push registration Your device tokens are removed, so notifications stop.

Photos you uploaded Deposit slips and proof images attached to your own records, unless they are attached to a transaction still required for audit.

Anything held on your phone Uninstalling the app removes the cached data, the queued sales and the stored token from the device.

What has to be kept, and why

Some records cannot simply disappear. A shift you closed, a sale you rang up, a cash handover you made and a trip you ran are your employer's financial records. Deleting them would leave their accounts unbalanced and would break the audit trail they are required to keep.

So those transactions stay with the company that owns them, and your personal details are detached from them where the record allows — the entry remains, the identity behind it is removed or reduced to a staff reference. Financial records are typically retained for several years under Bangladeshi tax and audit practice, after which they are deleted with the rest of the company's data.

How long it takes

Acknowledgement Within 3 working days.

Deletion Within 30 days of the request being verified.

Backups Copies inside encrypted rotating backups age out within a further 90 days. They are not restored to live use in the meantime.

Want a copy first?

Ask before you request deletion. Your administrator can export your records from the reports section, or we can prepare an export for the company. Once deletion runs it cannot be undone.
