By booking a ticket with us, you agree to the following terms.

Booking & Payment

A ticket is confirmed only after successful payment. Seats are held for a limited time during checkout and released automatically if payment is not completed.

Boarding

Please arrive at the boarding point at least 15–20 minutes before departure with your e-ticket (PNR). The operator is not responsible for missed departures due to late arrival.

Cancellation & Refund

Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Liability

Travel times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather or road conditions. Passengers are responsible for their own belongings.
